Sheet metal production line for steel gratings and stair treads

Our fully automated sheet metal bending lines are designed for the production of steel gratings and stair treads in the construction industry. This includes straight stair treads, spindle steps, and landings with or without perforations. Perforations can be pushed through both bottom and top. WEMO production lines are built modular, making future expansions possible.

Products can be nested besides and behind each other, up to a maximum coil width of 1 meter. The maximum product length is 3.1 meters. After punching, the sheet metal is straightened again to eliminate residual stress and deformations.
