For all your hard work, we are pleased to offer a competitive compensation. WEMO falls under the Metal and Technology Collective Labor Agreement (CAO), but we have intentionally chosen to offer better salaries. We have established our own salary structure, based on the Baarda Model. We opted for this approach because we want a transparent system that is clear to everyone. We regularly assess whether our salaries remain competitive and ensure you have visibility into your salary growth prospects.
At WEMO, your development is at the core. Together with your manager, you will frequently discuss your current status, your goals, how you can continue to contribute to the organization’s objectives, and what you still want to achieve. At WEMO, you can learn a lot on the job, but there may also be development needs that require additional training. During your discussions with your manager, you can address these needs. If it turns out that your personal or professional development would benefit from further education, courses, or training, we at WEMO are happy to support you in this!

So how does WEMO do this? We use the so-called ‘Me.-Scan’ to help us. This tool provides insight into our employees’ drivers and helps us identify your natural talents. How can your talents be best utilized? What energizes you, and what should we avoid asking you to do? And how does this relate to WEMO and the role you might be taking on? We address these aspects during the interview to ensure a good match. Later, this can also be further developed in your performance reviews with your manager. Isn’t that incredibly valuable?
